Aimee Bock is the founder of the nonprofit Feeding Our Future, which she used to orchestrate a $242 million to $250 million fraud scheme involving the Federal Child Nutrition Program during the COVID-19 pandemic. On March 19, 2025, a federal jury convicted Bock on all 17 counts of wire fraud and two counts of conspiracy to commit money laundering, along with charges of conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery. Evidence showed she certified false reimbursement claims for meals that were never served and facilitated kickbacks. In May 2026, a federal judge sentenced her to 41 years and 8 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. She was also ordered to pay over $240 million in restitution and forfeit approximately $5.2 million in assets. While Bock argued her actions constituted gross negligence and denied personal enrichment beyond $1.2 million, prosecutors identified her as the scheme's ringleader. Additionally, investigators alleged she leaked protected witness information while in custody.
